The consolidated application need not include' your QA program but special attention should be given to sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests. and maintenance progr6m to assure.these sections are current. Note that the certificate of ccmpliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the operating procedures,. acceptance tests, and maintenance program. To ensure continued ~use of these packages, theLconsolidated applications (4 copies each) should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.of the certificate.
