DPR-42 50-366 DPR-60 Regulatory Effectiveness Review Response Your letter of July 7,1986 transmitted a report on a Regulatory Effectiveness Review (RER) done at this site in August 1985.
In our response, dated August 21, 1986, we committed to the resolution of RER items 2.2.1 and 2.4.3 prior to December 31, 1987.
Due to space limitations, modifications required for the resolution of RER items 2.2.1 and 2.4.3 have become dependent on the completion of a new plant administration building.
If the new administration building is completed au expected in 1989, RER items 2.2.1 and 2.4.3 will be resolved by December 31, 1989.
