This report details those actions to be pursued to resolve all identified concerns associated with both the motor driven and diesel fire pumps.
It is not the intent of this report to provide a detailed schedule for conpletion of identified actions, As agreed at the i Exit meeting, a detailed schedule for completion of these actions l will be provided to you by December 31, 1987.
