(Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2) (Offsite Emergency Planning), Docket Nos. 50-443-OL and 50-444-OL, is hereby reconstituted by appointing Administrative Law Judge Ivan W. Smith as Chairman in place of Administrative Judge Helen F. Hoyt, who is unable to serve.
As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:
