We are in receipt of the NRC staff's September 11, 1987, letter in compliance with the directive contained at page 5 of our July 30, 1987 memorandum and order. It appears from that letter that there are some significant areas of disagreement among the interested parties with respect to the testing of emergency notification sirens this  :

winter in New Hampshire. 1 Each of those parties shall file a memorandum, on or before October 5, 1907, detailing its position on the matters on which agreement has not been achieved.
