Article V - Consideration and Payment, A. Consideration P.aragraphs 1 and 7 are deleted in there entirety and the following new paragraphs are substituted in lieu thereof:

The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this coopera-tive agreement for the CY 1988 effort is $36,300.00. The total amount obliga-ted under this contract since inception is $193,250.00."

All other terms and conditions of this cooperative agreement _ remain unchanged.
