Staff review of the Remedial Action Plan and Final Design for the Durango UMTRA Project is summarized in the enclosed Final Technical Evaluation Report (TER).
The NRC staff review of the additional'information specified in the TER will be presented as a supplement to the TER and will include the NRC concurrence position on the proposed remedial action.
You should note that there remain several issues that need resolution prior to our final concurrence.
