We have ' completed' oui. review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessments-dated June 4, 1987.and June 15, 1987, for the commercial vicinity properties identified as LK-004S and LK-0095.

These properties.

are located at' 513 Center Street, Lakeview, Oregon, and Missouri' Avenue, Lakevie_w, Oregon, respectively.

These assessments were submitted by letter dated July'10, 1987, and supplemented by letter-dated September 18, 1987.

Based on our review, we conclude that the ' potential for long-term harm has been minimized to the extent practicable.

Therefore, we concur with the proposed' remedial action for this vicinity property, which includes-the application of supplemental standards to the railroad right-of-way on y

each of the vicinity properties as authorized by: Criterion C of 40 CFR i
