Dear Mr. Davis:
l Enclosed is the Radioactive Effluent. Report for January through June, 1987 for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.
The Fourth Quarter 1986 Gross Alpha Radioactivity Particulate Value discussed as being questionable in the last report has been-investigated. The value for October 1986 which caused the high value for the quarter was re-analyzed and found to be lower. The corrected value for the Fourth Quarter 1986 is 6.83E-06 C1.
As discussed in DVR 4-1-87-034 the Particulate Values for 1984, 1985'and 1986 were reported low due to vacuum correction errors.
The values for the reactor-vent were increased by fif ty percent and the main chimney values were increased by ten percent.
Copies of corrections are attached.
