Dear Mr. Martin:
Consistent with the District's July 21,1987 (GCA 87-373) commitment, please find attached an updated MOV Refurbishment Program description.
This provides the methods by which the District complies with IE Bulletin (IEB) 85-03 requirements. As indicated in the attached program description, work on the 30 IEB 85-03 M0V's as well as all safety related M0V's will be completed prior to restart.
In addition, the final. report will be provided within 60 days of completion of the program in accordance with the requirements of IEB 85-03 If you have any questions, please contact Jerry Delezenski of ny staff.
