'a y The BAPL 5910 Birdcage' shipping container consists of al steel or t aluminum box mounted,in a slotted angle: frame. The inner container is I a 14fgadgeisteel or. aluminum box with a. hinged 'and gasketed lid. The E cross section'of the box ~is. variable but ray'not exceed'20'in'. The E box is centered in the outer;frameiwith bolted'section's'of steel f angle. LBoth the box and the angles enclosing it are sealed with 3/4" t steel banding. Aluminum boxes must-be completely enclosed with steel, t The cuter frame' is 2 feet souare and from 5 to 12 feet long. The t frame is constructed of slotted steel angle 3-1/8" x'l-5/8" x 0.104" E and is fastened together with 3/8" diameter bolts. The weight of the E loaded package varies with the length of the birdcags; a typical  !

weight is 375 pounds for a 12' birdcage. g L

The certificate of compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires December 31, 1992.
