Inquiry No. 87-13 This refers to a telephone inquiry by Mr. Thomas K. Thompson of this office on May 29, 1987 and your letter dated June 5, 1987.
This inquiry concerned your possession of byproduct material not authorized by an NRC license.
From this discussion and your letter, it is our understanding that you have disposed of all byproduct materials in your possession and are not requesting an NRC license at this time.
If our understandings are incorrect, please inform us in writing.
