REORGANIZATION TO DEAL WITH REGULATORY MATTERS REGARDING TVA AND COMANCHE PEAK Your nenorandum to ne dated March 6, 1987 pointed out that it was unclear whether the new Office of Special Projects would have responsibility for the Bellefonte plants at TVA as well as the other TVA facilities.
I agree with your connent.and have included specific responsibility for the Bellefonte plants in the delegation of authority to the Office of Special Projects (copy enclosed).
