Commissioners and Staff:

Two forms that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:

Forms Effective Dates EPF 06-007-02, Rev. 0C July 27, 2020 EPF 06-007-03, Rev. 0C July 27, 2020 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedures explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. 1. Form EPF 06-007-02, WCGS IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION Rev. 0C Form EPF 06-007-02 has been revised to change Senior Resident contact phone number from 937-902-8704 to 785-341-3469. This information has been updated because of a new Senior Resident Inspector assignment. Also, WESTAR GENERATION OPERATIONS has been changed to EVERGY GENERATION OPERATIONS because of the station ownership merger.

These changes are administrative corrections and do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Form EPF 06-07-03, WCGS FOLLW-UP EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION, Rev. 0C Form EPF 06-007-02 has been revised to change Senior Resident contact phone number from 937-902-8704 to 785-341-3469. This information has been updated because of a new Senior Resident Inspector assignment. Also, WESTAR GENERATION OPERATIONS has been changed to EVERGY GENERATION OPERATIONS because of the station ownership merger.
