4 (RIN 3150-AK51, NRC-2020-0179).
- Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs spent fuel storage regulations by updating the technical specifications and adding a new version of a multi-purpose canister to the Holtec International HI-STORM UMAX Canister Storage System, which is on the list of NRC-approved cask designs.
- Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication, unless a significant adverse comment is received.
