REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVE AND HANDBOOK 13.4, TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT Provided for your review and comment is revised Management Directive (MD) 13.4, Transportation Management. We request that you provide comments on the substance of the MD only; editorial changes will be addressed in the course of the MD review, before publication.
This revision reflects changes resulting from the removal of agency-provided executive driver services per COMSECY-17-0034, Response to Staff Requirement - COMSECY-17-0022 -
Fiscal Year 2017 Shortfall and Excess Funds, (ML17250B124) and Commissioners Assistants Note, Transportation Services for Executives, (ML18214A443).
Please provide your electronic comments on MD 13.4 by e-mail to Carol Greenwood, by October 27, 2020.
In coordination with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, we will determine whether this MD will be provided to the National Treasury Employees Union for input. The Office of the General Counsel should include in its comments a determination whether, in accordance with the Congressional Review Act, this MD is a rule and must be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget.
After considering and incorporating comments, as appropriate, the Director, Office of Administration, will approve issuance of the MD pursuant to delegated authority at MD 1.1, NRC Management Directives System, Directive Section III.G.
