Semi-Annual Radiological Efiluent Report Addendum

Quad Cities Stations Units 1 and 2 NRC Docket Numbers 50-254 and 50-265 As part of an Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) self assessment, a deviation from the reporting requirements of Regulatery Guide 1.21, Rev.1, dated June 1974, was identified.

The original reports did not include the total body doses to individuals in unrestricted areas from direct radiation from the facility. This addendum is submitted to include the direct dose to the member of the public from skyshine for the applicable years.

Following is a table sununarizing the doses from skyshine to the members of the public for the applicable years. All other sources of direct radiation to the members of the public are negHgible in comparison.
