(1) provide incremental funds in the amount of $53,976, thereby increasing the total obligated amount from $142,978 to $196,954; and 1
(2) provide for a within-scope change which deleted the requirement for the contractor to !
provide two (2) course examinations as reflected under Paragraph C.1.3.2 - Course j Development, Presentation, and Other Requirements, Subparagraph (h). As a result of i the contractor not providing the course examinations, the time allotted for this requiremerit will be used to cover the course material more in-depth. There shall be no adjustment in the fixed unit price or the current contract ceiling amount as a result of this change. (Note: Should the NRC determine that additional courses are required during !
FY98, any such courses shall be at the fixed unit price established under Paragraph B.3 - )
Schedule of Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs and shall be conducted in accordance with Section C - Description / Specifications / Work Statement, of the subject contract.)
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obligation-Delivery Orders (JUN 1988), the first sentence of Subparagraph (b)is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with resp'ect to this contract is $196,954.00."
