Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise Section G - Contract Administration Data, Paragraph
' G.3 - Indirect Cost Rates, to reflect the provisional indirect cost rates for fiscal years 1999 thorugh 2003, in accordance with Scientech's letter to the NRC dated February 18,1998, and the Department of Energy's Albuquerque Operations Office letter dated March 9,1998, whereby provisionalindirect cost rates have been established and are attached hereto and made a part hereof this modification.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section G - Contract Administration Data. Paragraph G.3 - Indirect Cost Rates.
Subparagraph (a) is hereby revised to incorporate the provisional indirect cost rates for Fiscal Years 1999 through 2003 as reflected in the Attachment to this modification.
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount of $1,513,849.80, shall remain unchanged.
