This is in reference to your letter of August 21,1997, seeking confirmation of our conversation of August 8,~1997 conceming your understanding of the scope of the above Order. Your understanding is correct. The Order prohibits involvement in licensed activities.
You may be employed by a licensee who holds an NRC specific or general license but you may not be involved in activities under such licensees. Based on your statements of your current employment situation, you are in compliance with the Order. Accordingly, consistent with your letter, we will not process a hearing request.
