Dear Mr. Taylor:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. April Rice of-your staff and Mr. Robert C. Haag of this office on February 19, 1998, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for March 31, 1998, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of your recent self-assessment initiatives at the V. C. Summer Station. The location of the meeting will be at the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station located on Access Road in Jenkinsville. SC 29065.

This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meeting Open tr he Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994: 59 FR 48340).
