REQUEST 10 IMPLEMENT A RISK INFORMED PROCEDURE" UNDER l
NRC-03-95-026 In accordance with the Section G.S. Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 227. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 227 shall be effective the date of this letter through October 16, 1998. The total cost ceiling is $56,000.00, of which the amount of $52,035.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $3,965.00 i
represents the fixed fee.
The task order obligates funds in the amount of $53.000.00. This amount shall not be exceeded until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available.
It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through September 30, 1998. Accounting data for this Task Order is as follows:
