' 50.82(a)(1)(1), that operation had been permanently ceased at Zion Nuclear Power Station,u Units 1 and 2. ' By letter dated March 9,1998, you provided the certification required by 10 CFR '

_50.82(a)(1)(ii), that all the fuel had been permanently removed from the reactor vessels. .-With y these certificates you stated that the 10 CFR Part 50 licenses for Zion Nuclear Power Station, .

- Units 1 and 2, no longer authorize operation of the reactors and you committed that these units will remain permanently defueled.
