_50.82(a)(1)(ii), that all the fuel had been permanently removed from the reactor vessels..-With these certificates you stated that the 10 CFR Part 50 licenses for Zion Nuclear Power Station,.

- Units 1 and 2, no longer authorize operation of the reactors and you committed that these units will remain permanently defueled.
This letter acknowledges your certification of permanent cessation of power operation and permanent removal of fuel from the reactor vessels. Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.82(a)(2),
- the 10 CFR Part 50 licenses for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, no longer J
authorize operation of the reactors or emplacement or retention of fuel in the~ reactor vessels.
