RE: DOCKET CC 710837 Per a conversation with Mr. Steve O'Connor of your agency today, I am requesting termination of Quality Assurance (QA) approval for ICF Kaiser Hanford Company (ICF KH).
ICF KH lost the Project Hanford Management Contract at the Hanford Site on October 1,1996, and all but three of our employees and all activities, other than p
closecut, were transferred to Fluor Daniel Hanford, Inc., or one of its subcontractors.
iCF KH no longer transports radioactive material, therefore our QA approval should be terminated at this time. Mr. O'Connor has been put in touch with the proper Fluor Daniel representatives concerning radioactive material transportation.
