OF APRIL 7,1998, MEETING WITH NNECO AND LITTLE HARBOR CONSULTANTS, INC. (LHC) TO DISCUSS ONGOING ACTIVITIES AND FINDINGS On April 7,1998, the Director of the Special Projects Office and his staff participated in a publicly observed meeting with LHC and NNECO representatives. The purpose of the meeting was for LHC to present the findings from its ongoing oversight activities of NNECO's programs for handling employee safety concerns at the three Millstone units. Also, during this meeting, LHC provided an update of the 12 attributes of a safety-conscious work environment, the results of its review of case files containing allegations of harassment, intimidation, retaliation, and discrimination in potential violation of 10 CFR 50.7, and the results of its continuing programmatic review of NNECO's Employee Concerns Program. LHC also distributed a copy of its matrix listing LHC's recommendations and responses.
NNECO discussed its March 31,1998, letter for readiness to restart.
