Technical Specification Proposed Change No.196 Final Results of Core Monitoring Relating to SLMCPR Calculations In Reference (a), Vermont Yanlee submitted a cycle specific license amendment request for Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio (SLMCPFQ for our Cycle 20 operation. At the time of our submittal a minor fuel defect was detected in the existing core and in our submittal we documented in the cover letter that power was locally suppressed around the suspected leaking fuel assembly. We further stated that we would monitor our SLMCPR calculation assumptions to er,sure the analysis submitted for Cycle 20 remained bounding.
This letter provides notification of our conclusion that there is no impact on the SLMCPR values submitted in Reference (a) for Cycle 20 operation.
