Under Subsection B.3. " SCHEDULE OF ITEMS AND PRICES." the paragraph under the title "0PTION YEAR 4." the fixed price amount for Maintenance and Repair and an On-site mechanic. Monday thru Friday, is reduced from

"$411.468" to "$331.968" due to a decrease in the number of on-site hours for the elevator mechanic.

Therefore, this paragraph is revised to read as follows:

"0PTION YEAR 4 Maintenance _ and Reaair (All Elevators)

On-site Mechanic. Monday - Friday 6:00'AM through 4:00 PM. excluding Federal Holidays (12 months @ $27.664.00 a month - Includes overtime callbacks and repairs)

3. 'Under Section C. Statement of Work, add the contract reouirement for the' installation of Independent Riser Service to read as follows:

"C J.4 Installation of Independent Riser (IR) Service for 4

Elevator No. 4 (FREIGHT ELEVATOR) 4 The Contractor shall furnish all materials, parts, cabling, labor and supervision required to perform the following:

(1)

Install new push-button fixtures (call buttons) on each floor of the.0WFN Building which Elevator No. 4 services (21 floors - P3 through Penthouse), and in the door jamb of Elevator No. 4.

(2) The lobby floor fixture shall have a two position keyed switch.

One position for "off" and one position for the Independent Riser (IR) Service fixture.

(3) The IR shall only allow Elevator No. 4 to respond to a hall call registered at any of the IR dedicated push-button fixtures.

(4) Elevator #4 shall be programmed.to res>ond to both the existing call buttons located on each side of t1e elevator lobby and the new call buttons being installed in the door jamb of Elevator No. 4.

(5) The new c&ll buttons shall match the existing call buttons in style and decor.

Work Reouirementji The Contractor shall perform all work between 6:00 PM through (1) _.6:00 AM on weekdays or anytime on weekends to prevent any disruption of service to NRC employees located in the O'4N Building.

(2) The Contractor shall coordinate the scheduling of all work with the

- NRC Project Officer prior to its performance.

(3) The Contractor shall obtain all applicable NRC building permits, construction permits and construction bonds, etc. prior to performance of any work.

(5) The Contractor shall-complete all work within one (1) week from the date the Contractor accepts this modification.

Under Section B. " SUPPLIES / SERVICES / PRICES." incorporate subsection B.8 entitled " PRICING FOR ADDITIONAL ELEVATOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE / REPAIR 4

Under Subsection B.7. " TOTAL CONTRACT CEILING AND OBLIGATION." the contract ceillng and obligated amounts are increased by $407.241.78 from $2.000,857.32 to $2.408.099,10. Therefore, this subsection is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
