This -letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. April Rice of your staff and Mr. Robert Haag of this office on February 25. 1998, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for March 17,1998, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The purpose of-this meeting is to discuss the results of your recent refueling outage and operations improvement initiatives at the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station. This agenda was originally scheduled for a meeting on Januery 14. 1998, however the agenda was changed to discuss emergency diesel generator repair activities.
