Modification No. 6 to Task Order No.11 Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through March 31, 1998, and increase the task order ceiling and obligated amounts by $10.521.92 from $44,619 to $55,140.92 as a result of the contractor having to review the licensee's Pathfinders Lucky Mac site a second time due to an extensive review of 3roject documentation and licensee's response to questions. Accordingly, t1e task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No.11 shall be irl effect from January 27, 1997 through March 31, 1998 with a cost ceiling of $55.140.92, of which the amount of
$50,129.82 represents the estimated reimbursable cost, the amount of
$3.611.78 represents the fixed fee, and $1,399.32 represents the facilities capital cost of money.
The amount currently obligated is $55.140.92."
