However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess iur,ds remaining under this contract for other imme riiate agency requirements. This modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the amount of $455.00'which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this contract from $721,000.00 to $720,545.00.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Paragraph 3. of Subsection G.1 - Consideration is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
