l The subject contract expired on February 14,1994, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of l
the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $374.84.
1 Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the
' address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.

This modification is issued to deobligatc unexpended funds in the amount of $374.84 which I thereby decreases the obhgated amount of this contract from $19,200.00 to $18,825.16. l Accordingly, the following cnanges are hereby made:
The first sentence of paragraph b. under Subsection B.5 - Consideration and Oblication is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof: ;
"B.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $18,825.16."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
