Safeguards Plan Revision Thirty-Six Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the Nebraska Public Power District (District) is herein submitting Revision 36 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan (Plan).
This revision incorporates the change from a " contract" to a " proprietary" security force, editorial corrections, and administrative title / organizational changes.
The District has concluded that this revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Note that the material enclosed contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Accordingly, the District requests this material be withheld from public disclosure.
