Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), Entergy Operations, Inc. herewith files Revision 29 to the Physical Security Plan and Revision 11 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for the protection of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
Entergy Operations has evaluated the revisions and determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan nor the Safeguards Contingency Plan. This revision has been approved by the Plant Safety Review Committee.
An original and three copies of the revised plans are enclosed in a Deparate package. The material in the separate package contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public disclosure.
