The purpose of this contract is to' incorporate final audited indirect rates into the contract at no change to the estimated cost of the task orders issued thereunder except that the estimated cost ceilings for task order nos. 2 and 6 will be restored to their previous levels in effect just prior to the initial excess fund deobligations as agreed per SEA letter dated July 7, 1995.
- 1. The indirect rates in Section G.1 are hereby replaced with the following rates at no change to the estimated cost of the task orders issued thereunder except as provided in the paragraph above:
