NDE Personnel,Section XI, Divisions 1,2, and 3," for the remainder of the first ten year i interval of the Inservice inspection Program Plan at Byron Station Unit 2. The code in effect for Byron Unit 2 for the first intervalis the 1983 Edition of Section XI with the Summer 1983 Addenda. This Code Case is not applicable to Unit 1 since it has been incorporated into the 1989 Edition of ASME Section XI, which is the code of record for Unit 1.
The United States Nuc! car Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved ASME Code Case N-356 for use in Regulatory Guide 1.147," Inservice Inspection Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section X1, Division 1," Revision 11, dated October 1994.
Byron Station will revise the Unit 2 Inservice inspection Program Plan, as required, to reflect the use of ASME Code Case N-356.
