Enclosed is the latest issue of one recently changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50. This change was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54 requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
I included in this submittal is the following procedure:
