Dear Mr. Cook:
This is to confirm my understanding that the Augmented Inspection Team (AIT) exit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20,1997, at Illinois Power's Energy and Environmental Center, Clinton Illinois. The exit meeting will discuss the findings and conclusions from the AIT's review of the circumstances surrounding t'le August 5,1997 event involving a Residual Heat Removal breaker's failure to open.
As previously discussed, the AIT exit is open to the public for observation. If you have any questions regarding the meeting, contact Mr. Geoffrey Wright at 630/829 9620.
