The revision incorporates significant changes in some sections to reflect present activities and operations under GA's Possession Only license. Changes are indicated by vertical lines on the left-hand side of each page adjacent to the affected line.
An advanced copy of this revision was reviewed by Mr. Thomas Pham of you staff per his request. Also, please note, GA considers the enclosed FNMC Plan proprietary information.
