The General Electric Company, Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC), currently operates the General Electric Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) pursuant to License R-33 (Ref.). As this license expires on October 31,1997, General Electric requests that License R-33 be rer twed until October 31,2037.

. appropriate.
VI. Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications will be forwarded with the SAR, Vfl. Operator Licenses and Requalification Training Prostram Operation of the Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) is restricted to licensed operators.
