As requested by the NRC, enclosed is information to support the NRC review of Maine Yankee's Defueled Security Plan and Exemption requests submitted in Reference (b).
Enclosures B and C to this letter contain SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and shall be protected against unauthorized disclosure. When separated from the enclosures, this letter may be decontrolled.
Enclosure B is also considered proprietary by Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company. In accordance with 10CFR2.790(b)(1), an affidavit attesting to the proprietary nature of the enclosed information is attached as Enclosure A.
