Enclosed is an application for a license ((XSNM03110), recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of low-enriched uranium, in the form of targets, for irradiation tests for the Reduced Enrichment for Research and Test Reactors program at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute. Assurances from the Republic of Korea are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
