April 1,1998 MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF FILING DEADLINES AS TO ALL PARTIES AND PETITIONERS On behalfof Citizens Awareness Network, Inc. [CAN), New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution [NECNP), and Nuclear Information and Resource Service [NIRS],
through attorney Jonathan M. Block for the purposes of this motion, the parties request that the tiling deadlines extension granted on this day to Franklin County Regional Planning Board [FCRPB] be extended to all parties and petitioners in this matter. It was the understanding of movants that the FCRPB motion was to apply to all parties and petitioners, and on this basis assent to the motion was provided earlier of this day.
WHEREFORE, movants request that the Panel grant this motion and extend all deadlines for amending petitions until April 6,1998.
