Dear Mr. McDowell:
1 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $2,704 to this l task order pursuant to FAR clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds." Accordingly, Task Order No. 3 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No. 3 shall remain in effect from September 27,1999, to November 30,1999. The total cost-plus-fixed fee for this task order remains $15,204, in which the amount of $14,480 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $724 represents the fixed fee. Funds in the amount of $2,704 are obligated to fully fund this task order.-
