. TASK ORDER NO. 127, ENTITLED, " MILLSTONE UNITS 2 AND 3 INDEPENDENT CORRECTIVE ACTION VERIFICATION PROGRAM (ICAVP) OVERSIGHT TEAM TECHNICAL SUPPORT" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-93-026
Dear Mr. Lofy:
In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter confirms the verbal authorizations provided on July 15, 1997, and July 24, 1997,- and definitizes the subject task order.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated July 9,1997.
Task Order No.127 shall be in effect from July 16, 1997 through September 26, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $433,857.99. The amount of $422,326.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $129.19 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the-amount of $11,402.80 represents the fixed fee.

Cooney, Mr. Michn1 Shlyamberg, Mr. Omar S. Mazzoni, Mr. Donald C. Prevatte, Mr. Victor P. Ferrarini, and Mr. Robert G. Quirk. The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the task order without compliance with Contract Clause H 4, Kev Personnel.
The issuance of this task order does not amend any terms or conditions of the j
subject contract.
