i NRC-31-95-249 MODIFICATION NO. 6 PAGE 2 0F 2 The purpose of'this modification-is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by $15,000.00 from $106,226.00 to $121,226.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B, Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988),. paragraph b., first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated.in the contract is $121,226.00."
