Contract NRC-02-97-004 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $4,470.
Accodingly, the following changes are made:
Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation-Cost Plus Fixed Fee", paragraphs (c) and (d) are revised to read as follows:

The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is
$149,470 which fully funds the contract."
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount of $149,470, remain the same.
