Dear Mr. Moore:
Your Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0595 is hereby terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission published a final rule, effective June 27, 1997, revising the requirements of 10 CFR Part 34, " Licenses for Industrial Radio and Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations. Thegraphy J revision, which contained numerous changes in the requirements, also modified the quality assurance (0A) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes, a separate NRC OA program Qproval is no lnnger needed.
