Your Quality Assurance Proaram A)oroval No. 0737 is hereby terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Comission )ualished a final rule, effective June 27, 1997, revising tf.e requirements of 1) CFR Part 34. " Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations " lhe revision. which contained numerous changes in the requirements, also modified the quality assurance (0A) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes, a separate NRC OA program approval is no longer needed.
