These revisions were made because of the implementation of the contractor guard force and associated restructuring of the Site Security organization.
The material enclosed contains safeguards information as defined by 16 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
The material enclosed also contains proprietary material.
Therefore, the material should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
The information is being sent by certified mail.
The signed receipt will signify that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material that is to be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
