Your Quality Assurance Program A)oroval No. 0472 is hereby terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Commiss1on nolished a final rule. effective June 27. 1997, revising the requirements of 1) CFR Part 34. " Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for-Industrial Radiographic Operations? The revision, which contained numerous changes in the i requirements, also-modified the quality assurance (0A) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes, a separate NRC OA program approval is no longer needed.
